1. Who else will stand with me against the foe?
Who but my God?
Who else can save me?
I cried, "My foot is slip-ping, O my God!"
You came to me.
Comfort You gave me!
Lord, God, You are my fort.
You are the Rock to which I go!
Your love is all my joy.
You are the com-fort of my soul.
2. See how the evil boast and mock our God.
Soon they will learn:
they strut to damnation!
But those, to whom You teach Your law, O Lord
right-ly they learn:
You are salvation!
